Immune Support Bomb

2 drops each: 

Frankincense

Lemon

Oregano

Melaleuca aka Tea Tree

Protective Blend*

Certified Pure Essential Oils

Combine all drops in a veggie capsule (You can find them at your local health food store) and try this combination 4x a day when that "ick" has set in!  Caution: Avoid taking oregano for more than 10 days. Be sure to follow up this protocol with probiotic to support healthy bacteria in the gut which continues to support your immune system. If you need guidance in finding one, message me! Skinny Wrap - It Works!

Slim N' Sassy Skinny Wrap 

In a 4 oz glass spray bottle, mix: 

40 drops Metabolic Blend*

15 drops Eucalyptus

15 drops Wintergreen

10 drops Peppermint

10 drops Lavender

10 drops Grapefruit

Fill to top with Grape seed oil. Shake well. 

Before wrapping take body measurements. 

Spray wrap solution onto the body area of concern. For thighs add a few drops of cypress to recipe. 

Wrap with 3 or 4 layers of Saran Wrap and leave on for 1.5-2 hours. For people with sensitive skin or longer wraps (overnight) it is recommended to first wrap your body with some type of muslin or a ripped up old t-shirt. 

Drink LOTS of water with lemon oil during your wrap. Do NOT eat while wrap is in effect. 

This recipe is wonderful to help the body release toxins that get stored in the fat cells of the body. Everyone's body is a little different in how quickly they see and feel results. Some people see a quick response and for others it may take a day before they see it. Don't forget to measure after! :)
