Natures Seasonal Discomfort Support

Lemon. Lavender. Peppermint

Together this trio acts as a very powerful support for seasonal discomfort.

Topical: You may layer these oils one at a time on the body or for quick topical application, mix equal parts of each in a glass roll on bottle and apply to throat, behind ears or back of the neck.
Internal: Mix 2 drops of each in a veggie capsul or shot class (filled about half way with water) and swallow.
Aromatic: Diffuse in air as needed.

Apply approximately every 2-4 hours, as needed.
Note: If you find you need something stronger add 10 drops of Frankincense to this combo. Frankincense is such an amazing oil and magnifies the effect of any oil you are trying to use. If you are using the seasonal support combo on kids or if you have sensitive skin, I would suggest 1/2 the peppermint so 1:2 ratio as the Frankincense can make it feel a little spicier. I would also add some fractionated coconut oil (5-10 drops).
